Face to Face.

• Sessions last for 50 minutes

• I recommend weekly sessions at the start of therapy. As we progress we can discuss moving these further apart as appropriate.

• I offer open-ended therapy. If you would prefer a contract of an agreed number of sessions in advance we can discuss this.

Telephone Counselling.
 
•  Telephone counselling is just like having a face-to-face counselling session, except you’re talking over the phone.

•  You can arrange telephone counselling sessions whenever it's convenient for you.
